Lightly grease one microwave-safe bowl for each serving. Place on scale and measure dry brownie mix.
Add liquid ingredients and mix well. If your mix is dry or too dough-like, add more water in small increments.
Microwave on half power for 2 minutes. Pay close attention and microwave in 30 second increments until batter is set to your liking. For more of a fudgy texture, microwave less. times will vary by microwave. I have a 1100 watt unit.
When brownie is cooked, allow to cool for a couple minutes. Eat plain or add a scoop of your preferred ice cream on top.
