Blueberry lemon syrup is sweet, sour, and seriously easy!
Yields: about 10 oz.
Place berries in a saucepan over medium low heat. Stir when berries start to crackle.
When a syrup begins to form, add lemon, lemon zest, and sugar. Stir frequently until a syrup is formed.
Allow to cool before placing it into an airtight container or mason jar.
